Strategic Leadership

• Provide a long term strategic operational vision for the company
• Ensure the operations team is connected to the business mission and OKRs
• Identify, recommend, and implement new technologies, partners, and vendors
• Own operations team resource planning, employee retention, and employee development
• Drive cross-functional collaboration by fostering effective communication, mutual understanding, and shared accountability
• Coach, mentor, and drive your team to be best in class and achieve challenging, impactful goals
• Break down complex challenges into structured frameworks and actionable insights to rally stakeholders and your team to take action
